Employee Conference 2019 Update

The first conference was held in Keith, earlier in September. It was a great opportunity for colleagues to hear about how Moray will be building for the Future through the Improvement and Modernisation Programme and discuss what they thought would make a difference.

Our last 2 conferences are approaching fast, when we meet with colleagues in Elgin on 8 October and colleagues in Forres on 10 October. If you didn’t receive an invite but would like to attend, please speak with your manager in the first instance and then let HR know – we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

This is such a good opportunity to meet Directors and Senior Managers and speak with them about issues that are important to you. Of course just as important is the chance to meet fellow colleagues who have different roles in the Council and work in other services.
