Mobile and Flexible Working Survey

Moray Council introduced mobile and flexible working a number of years ago. The policy was designed to allow staff to work smarter not harder by allowing them to be more flexible with the location they worked from and the ICT equipment used. This has reduced travel, introduced flexible working patterns and provided access to e-mail and systems while not at a desk.

Though not all jobs lend themselves to mobile and flexible working we are looking to understand your personal experience of how mobile and flexible working. We would like you to take part in a short survey that will take around 5 minutes to complete to help identify:

• How mobile and flexible working is being received across the council
• How it has allowed staff to change and improve the way they work
• Identify new opportunities
• Identify any barriers that may still be in place.

Your feedback will help to shape how mobile and flexible working can be improved in the future
