Digital Services - Update

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Interchange poll we ran in February.

We were interested to hear what online services you would like us to tackle next. As many of you are Moray residents, it provides a snapshot of what the wider community are looking for too.

The top three services you’d like to see us focusing on are:

Online payments – 28%
Big news that our primary school parents will be delighted to read! For the new school year 2018-19, school meals and activities will be payable online – for both secondary and primary. There will also be new functionality for secondary parents giving increased transparency on how credit is being spent. We’ll be working with school admins and catering in the lead up to the summer holidays to have everything tried, tested and ready to go.

Other work in progress is providing the option to pay for eforms online. This will include registrar services and taxi licences.

Request services online – 18%
More and more services are being made available online, particularly since the introduction of myaccount in March last year. myaccount allows you to access services 24/7 – whenever and wherever is convenient for you. With a single log-in, you can easily manage all your online requests. Take a look to see what services are currently available on myaccount…

Update website information – 15%
Work continues on the website to create a seamless user experience for our customers. We’re currently working on Social Care, Libraries and Community and Leisure to provide improved and relevant information.

We’ll be running monthly/bi-monthly polls to get more insight into how you use online services. In fact … you can take part in this week’s poll right now! Tell us how you are currently using online services and what we could do better. Your feedback matters.
