Council Christmas Party - Book your tickets now
Update: Tickets are selling fast with two thirds already gone so book NOW to avoid disappointment.
We’ve been delighted by the response so far for tickets, however there is still time for you and your colleagues to purchase your tickets for a great night out.
So for an opportunity to get dressed up (make an effort, you know you want to – NO jeans and trainers), have a good dance with old friends (and new ones) and have some fun before the Christmas mayhem in December, join us on 24th November.
Arriving at Elgin Town Hall from 19:15 you will receive a welcome drink, then make your way to a table to put on your dancing shoes in time for our band, “Diamond Skies”, who will get the party started at 20:00.
A bar will operate throughout the evening with stovies being provided mid-way to provide sustenance to ensure staying power till the end of the night at 00:30!
One lucky member of staff will win a surprise raffle just for being there, so remember to give us all the staff names when booking your tickets.
To reserve your tickets priced £15 each please email christmasparty@moray.gov.uk stating:
- Your name
- Department
- Location
- Number of tickets required and the names of all staff (for inclusion in the raffle)
Confirmation and how to pay for your tickets will be sent via return email.
For those who have already reserved your tickets, emails will be sent out this week detailing how you can pay for them.
Transport Home
To take the hassle out of transport home for those who live outside of Elgin, if there is sufficient interest, we will arrange buses. The proposed routes are:
Bus 1 - Lossie, Duffus, Hopeman, Cummingston, Burghead, Kinloss, Forres
Bus 2 - Lhanbryde, Mosstodloch, Fochabers, Portgordon, Buckpool, Buckie, Portessie, Findochty, Cullen, Fife Keith, Keith Square
Bus 3 - Rothes, Craigellachie, Aberlour and Dufftown
The buses will only stop in each location if there is a need. Please indicate interest in the transport home when reserving your party tickets by stating which bus and the number of seats.
Estimated costs circa £6 per seat. At the moment the only viable bus is bus 1
At the moment the only viable bus is Bus 1 so if you would want to make use of this one or any of the other buses and haven’t already let us know please get in touch.
