How does your commute compare?
Moray Council, supported by Travel Know How Scotland, has launched a short CalCommuter staff commute survey for colleagues at all its worksites.
The survey takes around two minutes. Everyone who completes it receives a tailored CalCommuter commute plan by email, usually within one hour. The plan compares the cost, journey time and emissions of your usual commute with realistic alternatives identified for your journey.
The information is there to help you understand your options. You are not being told how you should travel, and your current way of travelling may remain the most practical choice.
Responses will also help Moray Council understand overall commuting patterns and where future workplace travel support could make the greatest difference. We encourage you to add your car registration number when asked for it in the survey. This information is not stored, but allows us to get as accurate emissions data as possible for reporting purposes.
You are free to use your work or a personal email when completing the survey.
Everyone who completes the survey by 7th December 2026, will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Moray Loves Local Gift Voucher.
