Ricoh Printer Update

The council have now received the first of the new Ricoh printers.

A test environment has been established in the East End Primary Annexe in preparation for rolling out the new printers.

We would like to invite budget managers, the current primary and secondary Xerox contacts that help support the printers, the digital champions and any team that has specific printing requirements to visit the test site on Wednesday the 22^nd and Thursday the 23rd between 10:00 and 15:30.

There will be Ricoh staff on site available to discuss any requirements, allow budget managers to understand the costs associated with the printers and the recommendations for the new model of printers.

We will have information available to share on the number of prints currently going through each printer, allowing budget managers the opportunity to consider the number of devices required at a site. At the end of the visit, we would look to have a clear indication of the requirements for each site to allow the new equipment to be ordered.
