Updated Email Signature Guidance for All Staff

All staff are now required to update their email signatures to the new corporate template. You can find the updated template and instructions here

Please note, corporate email signatures should not include any additional logos, information, or text beyond what is provided in the template.

Services may be permitted to temporarily add additional information for short campaigns, but this must be approved by their Head of Service.

This new template applies to all staff with the exception of H&SCM staff, who have their own signature, and school staff, who may include specific school logos.
