Corporate Training

There’s still time to book on to some of our corporate training before summer gets into full swing. Spaces are available on the following courses:

Conflict Management & Mediation – 29 June, Council Annexe Training Room 1 from 9.30am-12.30pm
This introductory session aims to equip supervisors and managers with the basic skills and knowledge to undertake early, informal approaches to workplace disagreement or conflict. This could avoid the need for HR or senior involvement.

Interview Skills & Selection – 5 July, Council Annexe Training Room 2 from 9.30am-1.30pm
This course is aimed at all managers involved in the recruitment process, no matter what your role is on a recruitment panel. This could be your first time involved as a recruiter for Moray Council, or someone looking for a refresher - either way this course will help you to get a better understanding of the recruitment process.

Everyone involved in the council recruitment process must undertake this course.

Don’t worry if you can’t fit in a course before the summer because we’ll have more available later in the year – keep checking LearnPro (CLIVE) and the interchange for updates.
