Watch Your 2024 Pension Statement

Whether retirement is two years or 20 years away, it’s never too early to check in on your North East Scotland Pension Fund (NESPF) pension.

Get up to speed on your savings by watching your 2024 Video Pension Statement online at My Pension+. Your personalised two minute video will explain exactly how much your pension is worth, your retirement options as well as death benefits for loved ones.

To view your Pension Statement:
1. Login to your My Pension+  account. If you are not already registered, see “Accessing My Pension+” below
2. Click on “Annual Benefit Statement” page
3. View the personalised video or click through the tabs for detailed figures

Accessing My Pension+
Our new and improved member portal went live in June last year, with over 17,000 members already signed up. If you haven’t joined, there are two options depending on whether you are new to our portals or not:

  • Signed up for previous portal: If you signed up to our last portal but have yet to use My Pension+, you’ll need to update your login details. Simply confirm your details here and you’ll get an email to set up your password. Once your password is updated, you’re good to go.
  • Never used our portal: If you’re entirely new, you can create an account here. Provide your details and an activation code will be issued to you to complete sign up.

New Look My Pension+

Our My Pension+ portal is going through an exciting transformation. Not only have we introduced video pension statements, other updates include:

  • Simpler login
  • Improved security
  • Simplified navigation and design
  • Ability to upload and download documents 24/7
  • New tools like the interactive retirement planner to forecast how much your pension might be at different ages and with different lump sums.

Further exciting developments for My Pension+ are currently in progress so stay tuned for new enhancements as they become available.
