Interchange Registration Live

Today, 2 March, we launch our Interchange Registration Programme, the next step in our ongoing digital development.

At its core, the programme will make it easier for staff working remotely or in frontline services such as refuse collectors, cleaners and anyone who doesn’t have access to the main network to access important documents and information that affect their working lives.

This means if you’re using a phone, tablet or home computer to access the Interchange via http://interchange.moray.gov.uk/ you’ll now be able to login to access files previous restricted to network users.

Registration is quick and easy, with a Step by Step Guide available for anyone needing a hand.

Once you click to register, you’ll be prompted to enter your personal details, along with your Employee Number (found on your pay-slip).

Like most websites, you’ll be prompted via email to activate your account, after which you’re done and can use the secure site whenever you choose.

Anyone wanting to access documents marked with a “padlock” symbol will need to be registered, this included network users, ensuring a safer and fairer experience for all.

If you cannot see this symbol, and get an error message while trying to access a file, it's possible the page you're clicking through from is in your cache files as opposed to live. This is a common problem with pages saved to favourites. Make sure to refresh your browser a couple of times to clear this.
