Bright Ideas - Start thinking
Remember our staff suggestion scheme Bright Ideas from last year? It is back again this summer!
For those of you who aren’t familiar, our staff suggestion scheme provides employees with an opportunity to put forward their suggestions for financial savings and/or service efficiencies. A number of employees chose to participate last year, and we are hopeful that just as many will grab the same opportunity again this year.
The scheme will open for suggestions on 1st August, which may seem a bit far ahead, but with summer holidays looming around the corner we thought it would be important to let you know as early as possible so we don’t miss anyone out. So whilst you are soaking up the sun, relaxing in the garden or whatever you plan to do with your holidays, you can start thinking about what suggestion you want to put forward.
