Blue Monday

Start Date: 15/01/2018

End Date: 15/01/2018

Time for Talking

Have heard of Blue Monday (for those of us old enough, we don’t mean the song)? The third Monday in January – 15th this year, has been awarded this gloomy title due to a combination of Christmas or holiday blues, cold dark nights, the arrival of unpaid credit card bills and it’s when our good intentioned New Year’s resolutions start to fall by the way side. However we can struggle at any time of year and for a number of reasons which is why the Council has a confidential, 24 hours employee support programme.

Timefortalking is a 24/7 support service offering:
• structured telephone counselling
• face-to-face counselling
• telephone support
• live chat
• information and resources including links, podcasts and meditation exercises

Speak to a member of the timefortalking team at any time via the 24-hour confidential helpline on 0800 970 3980 (24/7, 365 days a year) or visit timefortalking.co.uk – simply click on Live Chat button and enter this password TfTnow to start talking.
