Managing Team Resilience

Team resilience is different from Personal resilience in the way that you can have a team full of resilient individuals but still have a non-resilient team. This half day course will look into what you as a manager can do to support your team to create a flexible and mentally strong team who can face up to, and overcome stressful challenges, without the effects of stress.

Who should attend?

Managers who wish to improve and support their team's resilience and reduce vulnerability.
