Conflict Management & Mediation

This introductory session aims to equip supervisors/ managers with the basic skills and knowledge to undertake early, informal approaches to workplace disagreement or conflict. This could avoid the need for HR or senior involvement.

Relevant to any one that manages or supervises a team.
