Leading Effective Meetings

This half day workshop will help develop the necessary skills to improve your confidence and enable you to lead effective meetings whether in a formal or informal situation. It will cover tips and techniques on how to achieve the meeting’s objectives, keep on time and leave participants feeling that a productive meeting has taken place.
