Train the Trainer
The course will require a good deal of discussion, sharing of personal experiences and preferred methods of working. It is through examination of these scenarios that identification can be made of learning styles, teaching styles, use of visual aids and learning prompts, as well as behavioural characteristics that determine how the training message is being received.
2017 dates
Please note we may need to postpone this course should there be insufficient numbers to make it viable.

- the timeframe
- the proposed outcomes
Part 2
It would be useful if, after attending day 1 of the course, students could research, develop and present a short training programme that could be discussed and evaluated in a group.
