Courageous Conversations

This short course will look at the ways difficult situations can arise in the work place. By understanding how these situations arise, and how human behaviour can help or  hinder them, we will enable the candidate to learn and use helpful techniques.

Who should attend?

Managers, officers and those in a team leader or supervisory role.
