Data Protection for Social Services
This half-day course will utilise a variety of tools to enable participants to gain an enhanced understanding of data protection legislation and how this impacts on practice. Written exercises will provide evidence of knowledge and understanding, and there will be group discussion.
Who should attend?
Primarily clerical staff and managers then rolled out across social services. This training will be mandatory for all staff.
