Please be advised that the postal votes for the Cairngorms National Park Authority elections (of which the upper Speyside part of Moray is part of) have been dispatched to voters. It is a small election of just over a thousand voters.
There is similar provision for lost or spoilt postal ballot papers, in terms of electors being able to request a replacement, if required. These should be alerted to the Elections Team in the normal way via Lagan so that they can arrange for this.
Although the return address is for Inverness, in case some turn up randomly, these should be held securely and please email elections@moray.gov.uk and the team will handle their onward transmission. They must be advised ASAP, but no later than the morning of 23 March being the close of poll.
