Pool Cars

The pool car booking system is similar to arranging a meeting through Microsoft Outlook. You firstly have to set up your calendar with the list of cars specific to your location. You can find out how to do this on the book a pool car webpage.

From 8am Tuesday 18 February 2020 the pool cars normally located at Headquarters (Greyfriars Street car park) will be parked on Level 3 of St Giles Multi-Storey Car Park. All drivers should note that the car park opens at 7am and is locked shut at 7pm, there is no out of hours access to the car park.

NB: Two ‘emergency’ pool cars are available from the Annexe facilities staff. These are only to be used in circumstances such as a booked pool car not being returned on time, on-call officers getting emergency call-out, etc. These cannot be pre-booked and you will be required to enter your details in a log book.
