HQ Campus Meeting Rooms
You can book meeting rooms in HQ and the Annexe through Microsoft Outlook.
Suitability of rooms
Interview Rooms should only be booked for short-term interviews with members of the public. Interview Rooms 1, 3 and 4 are reserved to members of staff from Housing or Employment Support Services – if you try to book any of these rooms you will be automatically rejected.
The remainder of the Interview Rooms (2, 5 and 6) can be requested by any member of staff on Microsoft Exchange. Your request will be sent to Customer Services staff that controls the meeting rooms.
Meeting Rooms are available for booking by any member of staff with access to Microsoft Outlook. Interview Room 1 is ideally placed for meetings involving non-council staff members, due to its location close to the Access Point. Meeting Rooms 5, 6 and 7 are situated upstairs and are not fully DDA compliant so are not suitable for persons with a mobility disability.
Quiet Rooms 1, 3 and 4 can be booked for a maximum of 90 minutes. Quiet room 2 is not available for booking at this time.
Training Rooms 1 and 2 can be requested through Outlook. If required, both rooms can be requested for the same time and can be opened up to create one large room. Booking requests for these rooms are moderated as this is a part-time meeting room.
NB: Recurring meeting requests are not allowed. Any requests of this type will be automatically rejected.
Cancelling non-required rooms
Please cancel any bookings which are no longer required so the room becomes available for others to book. If you need to change or cancel the room only (but still keep appointment with invited guests), follow the instructions to ‘Add or Remove Attendees’.
