If you notice something broken, damaged, or faulty within the HQ campus, please report it using the HQ Campus eForm below.
For emergencies, contact the Facilities Office immediately at 01343 563992.
To report issues outside the HQ campus, use the Housing and Property eForm provided below.
Please read the guidance documents to familiarise yourself with the Housing and Property Helpdesk function prior to completing the eForm.
NB for non-HQ repairs: Problems of an emergency nature (requiring a contractor on site within 4 hours) should be logged by phone to 01343 563700.
