Listening Meetings
Our Chief Executive and groups of between eight and 12 managers meet to discuss key corporate initiatives. During these meetings issues from managers briefings are referred to, and how these are progressing in team talks across services.
Supervisor Listening Meetings have also been extended to staff. Two days per year a series of 60-minute sessions are held for up to 15 employees, who meet with the Chief Executive and senior managers to discuss issues affecting them and their service.
