Bright Ideas 2019
We recognise that the people who know our business best and who have the greatest impact on what we do are our staff. Our staff suggestion scheme, Bright Ideas, provides a way to encourage every individual to put forward their ideas and be recognised for their contribution so that we create a culture of innovation and change that helps us adapt and deliver council services in the challenging times ahead.
Now in its fourth year running, Bright Ideas is an established event, giving every employee the opportunity to put forward original ideas for savings and service efficiency. Whereas previously there was a window of opportunity once a year to share your ideas with us, we have now opened this up to receive ideas all year round!

You can submit your suggestion electronically using the link below, alternatively if you do not have regular access to a computer you can submit your suggestion to HR via the internal mail.
All ideas are welcomed whether big or small, but ideas that contribute to the council’s priorities and help in delivering our services more efficiently where money is tight are really what we are looking for.
