Moray Management Methods
Moray Management Methods (MMM) was introduced following the responses of a previous employee survey. It flagged up the pivotal role of operational managers on influencing how we deliver services.
MMM aims to provide a clear and consistent statement of expectations and responsibilities of Council managers in one easy-to-use reference document. This will create a commonality across services, being clear to managers what’s expected and how individual roles contribute to service delivery.
