The Catering Team’s ability and excellent response to a very challenging situation because of the RAAC impact. The Team was relocated and had to set up service including transportation of meals with only 24 hours’ notice. Demonstrating flexibility, adaptability and a commitment to their roles while working collaboratively as a team to ensure excellent service delivery with no reduction in service.

Forres Academy
Emma's significant discretionary effort in delivery of the exchange programmes offering and enhancing pupils’ experiences of different cultures, which has had a positive impact on young people. Emma's increased level of extracurricular participation is recognised along with her dedication of using her own time during school holidays along with the work associated with organising the programmes is commendable. These opportunities may have not been available so frequently without Emma's commitment.
