Team Talks
Team talks give you the opportunity to discuss corporate issues within your team. Your feedback will be taken to CMT to give them an insight into how teams across the Council feel about certain issues.
The current topic for team talks is the 2017 Budget. Click on the buttons below to access information about the budget including statistics and our current financial position. You’ll also find a dialogue planner which outlines areas to be discussed within your team over the coming months and a template for responding.
Manager Briefings take place every quarter, at which the Chief Executive outlines the next topics to be discussed in Team Talks.
