Members Support
Members Support provides a confidential clerical and administrative support service directly to the Council Convener, Council Leader and the remaining 24 Councillors who represent the Moray area.
Functions of the service include managing enquiries, questions and requests to members, maintaining members diaries in respect of meetings and events, arranging meetings on behalf of elected members, assisting members with their travel arrangements and arranging members surgeries.

In addition to the duties outlined above, Members Support stock a range of corporate and civic gifts and are responsible for coordinating presentations, when notified, to those who are celebrating their diamond or golden wedding anniversary, 100th birthday or any other occasion jointly recognised by the Council, Lord Lieutenants of Moray and Banffshire and Buckingham Palace
