Committee Services

The business of the council is administered by Committee Services. The council meets both as a full council in the council chamber and in committees. Our Committee Services Officers produce the report or minute of proceedings and record all decisions taken in the Minutes of Proceedings of all meetings. Our corporate website allows you to search for an agenda, minute or report. You can also watch a live webcast of committees and full council meetings.

Our Committee Services section also provides support to a number of other functions of the council such as the Moray Integration Joint Board, registrars and community planning.
