Legal and Democratic Services
The Legal and Democratic Team is working closely with the Web Team to bring over content from the previous intranet to the interchange. This will be happening in a phased approach.

Alasdair McEachan, the Head of Legal & Democratic Services and Council Monitoring Officer, has responsibility for these services. With the exception of the Registrars who are based in offices located throughout Moray, the Head of Service and staff are all based in the Main Council Office in Elgin
