Cleaning
Building Cleaning takes place between 5pm and 8pm, three days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. To report any cleaning issues please complete the fault reporting eform.
Desks: Cleaning staff are not responsible for desk cleaning; it is your responsibility to keep your workstation clean. Antibacterial wipes are distributed around the building for this purpose. Wipes are suitable for desks, keyboards, phones and monitor screens. These wipes are not directly assigned for any given area/service/desks, so help yourself. Cleaning staff will replenish these as required, but a small stock will be kept in the Facilities Office in the Annexe building, available for collection on request.
Toilets: Stock of hand soap and toilet paper will be replaced by building cleaning staff, on each evening they are in.
Waste and recycling: Personal waste bins will not be emptied by either Building Cleaning or Facilities staff. There is one general bin per room/area, which is emptied regularly. We encourage recycling and recycling bins are located throughout HQ and Annex.
