Please be advised there will be an update to the script for customers requesting replacement rent payment cards, going Live at 5pm tonight.
In the change, the option to request a new payment card has now been added to the ‘Rent Balance Enquiry’ section of the Housing Script, taking the route HouProp > Housing Management > Rent Balance Enquiry.
These enquiries will now be raised as rent enquiries to the appropriate area housing team via the eForm dropdown, who will then arrange a new rent card with the customer.
If there are any issues or questions please pass via your Senior.
Following a review of some of the admin. tasks carried out by Customer Services, I am currently looking at the Housing FAF process (mainly the part handled by CC Advisors).
Mailroom staff will be keeping a written daily tally of the following for the month of October:
• How many FAF’s are received• How many FAF’s were returned to the applicant by the mailroom
• How many FAF’s were passed directly to Housing Needs by the mailroom
• How many FAF’s were passed to the CC before passing to Housing Needs
Once we have this information, we will be able to review and consider (with Housing Managers) what if any changes could be made to benefit this handling process.
All future updates re-the FAF review, will be shared as appropriate on the Housing HUB News pages.
Kindest regards
Donna / Customer Service Team Leader
