14 October 2024 - Buckie Bus 1

Buckie bus 1 has broken down, service has been paused for new bookings, service have contacted existing passengers by phone to advise them.

14 October 2024 - Drivers notes on Liftango Portal

Drivers notes should only be used in the following circumstances:

- When there is an address issue. A drivers note should be added until a Private Hub has been created. Requests for private hubs should be sent to the Senior in the first instance
- When there are accessibility issues
- Where it can be ambiguous as to where the pick up point and it may cause confusion

A note does not need to be added for all journeys unless it is for one of the above reasons.

If you are unsure at any point please contact your Senior in the first instance.

8 October 2024 - Urgent Process Change M.Connect Bookings

The PTU team have advised that they will be looking to make use of the “Accessibility Requirements” field on LIFTANGO which will be used by PTU, to record information relating to specific travel instructions which have been agreed between PTU and another service e.g. Community Care team.

As a result of the above, CC Advisors, with immediate effect, must no longer use the “Replicate Ride” feature on LIFTANGO. This field cannot be removed/hidden for Moray users, as it is a standard feature used by several other organisations/Local Authorities who use LIFTANGO but do not use the “Accessibility Requirements” field.

General booking process:
• Do not use Replicate Ride
• Always check the “Accessibility Requirements” field
• Always add driver notes to help with locating a customer’s address if needed
• Always email the senior regarding a property where you have added Driver Notes
