News - May 2024
Following contact from members of the public 14/05/2024 who had received letters from Grampian Assessors and were querying why their premises no longer meet the criteria for being registered for NDR and were being moved to CTax.
Only the Assessors can decide if a business/property is or is not liable for NDR & they will not make this decision without having proof. As advised on daily updates chat for 14/05/2024, Advisors are correct to refer customers querying this back the Assessors where the customer is either not happy and wants to appeal or does not feel there was sufficient information provided by the Assessors to them.
If you feel a recovery freeze is appropriate you can raise a support form to the Ctax Account.Information regarding possible changes in criteria are not available on the HUB as this is not a Moray Council decision.
Kindest regards
