21/05/2024: Just to let you know the missing files bar Saturday’s file have now all been credited to the relevant accounts. Saturday’s file has been uploaded by ICT today and these payments will show in tomorrow’s income files.

20/05/2024: Please be advised that there has been a problem with this weekends Allpay files and we haven’t received these which will unfortunately have an impact on account balances if a payment has been made.ICT are aware and once a resolution has been received an update will be provided.

The attached letter has been sent out to around 100 properties regarding Gas Heating Repairs.

Customers will be phoning to arrange appointments for this, please just send an email through to the DLO Schedulers, they will contact the tenants back. Any queries just pass via your Senior.

Please note we are aware that one of the contact numbers on the EPC letters that tenants have been receiving does not go through to the correct place. The numnber is 01343 567991 and when called leads to NHS.

We have confirmed with the service that the correct phone number to contact for any enquiries relative to this will be Rachel Birchall on 01343 563846. If any customers call with this issue again please offer them this number (it should already be noted on the letter), and to disregard the other.

In regard to tenants calling for M-Four, the letter states that M-Four will be in contact with them, there isn’t any contact for them. They are working area by area and have over 1000 properties to do. So, it may take a while before tenants are contacted.

A Tenant Participation Strategy, which sets out how Moray Council will involve tenants to influence and review housing services, has been approved at a meeting of its Housing and Community Safety Committee.

A consultation on the draft Tenant Participation Strategy 2024-2029 ran from 22 November 2023 to 16 February 2024. Feedback was gathered through an online survey and the Moray Tenants’ Forum, which led to the strategy being adopted by elected members.

Please see the attached letter that is being sent out this week to notify tenants of surveys and the type of works that may be needed in their homes in the East Area, the DLO have asked for customers to email/phone them direct, in the event that the contact centre still receives any calls regarding the letter can the customer please be directed to the contact details on the letter.

Please be advised that the Support team are aware of some errors in the Defect Repair for new builds script involving the description in the email saying heating explanation and also the properties that are on the new build list, this will be looked into and updated in due course.
