News - April 2024
We are currently at version 23.1 of NEC Housing and this version will be de-supported by NEC at the end of June 2024. I have arranged for NEC to upgrade our HOUTEST version of NEC Housing to 24.1 Monday, 3 June 2024.
At 5pm tonight a new script will go Live on the Housing Management script. This pertains to enquiries relating to decoration vouchers.
The option for Decoration Vouchers has been added under HouPop > Housing Management, alongside other options such as grass cutting, etc.
Enquiries are going to be split into general queries about DV, and returns of bank mandates. These will be directed as per the below.
- General questions/enquiries around decoration vouchers are to be passed to the Asset Management Team via the eForm.
- Bank Mandates that have been returned by customers are to be passed to the Housing Admin Team via the eForm.
Of course, if you have any issues whatsoever please pass via your Senior in the first instance.
Housing have advised 284 garage site annual rent letters and 260 quarterly garage rent letters were produced and posted out yesterday. Copies of the letters sent are below
