It is necessary to load a software ‘patch’ into OPEN-Revenues-LIVE to facilitate the proper calculation of Benefits subsidy.
To allow this to be done, access to OPEN-Revenues-LIVE will be withdrawn from 16:00 on Monday 25 March 2023.
All users should sign out by that time.
Access to D360 is unaffected by this work.
Access to DHP and SWF forms is similarly unaffected.
We envisage that access will be restored for the commencement of work next day, but users should not attempt to sign back on until they have received clearance to do so.
There appear to be issues with the Open Portal product – it’s been inconsistent since late morning and ICT are currently making queries with the team in revenues.
In the meantime, ICT have withdrawn the link to Open Portal from the myaccount online services portal, and replaced this with an outage message.

We have been advised from Taxation that the exemption is still available to those refugees staying in the host properties. If they are in private or housing association tenancies, they are due to pay as normal with effect from 1st April 2023.
