Following my update on 15/03/2024, I can confirm that the default call waiting time has been increased from 10mins to 20mins effective immediately (08:45 18/03/24).
As mentioned in my earlier post, this change will be heavily monitored to ensure the fair distribution of calls across skillsets.
Please be assured that should training requirements be identified as a result of these reviews, Advisors will be kept fully informed.
Kindest regards

Please be advised there is currently an issue with emails not being received into any Lagan inbox. The last email received was dated 16th March at 14:31.
This has been raised urgently to ICT and they are currently looking into it. This post will be updated as soon as more information is available.
Update: This issue has now been resolved and emails have updated as normal. Any issues please raise with your Senior.
Following review of average call waiting times and discussion with myself, Emma & Andy, I can confirm that I have today (15/03/2024) raised a request for ICT to increase the current default call time from 10mins to 20mins.
Please note that this decision was not taken lightly and once the change is made a regular review will need to be kept to ensure the fair distribution of calls across skillsets.
At the time of writing this post I do not have an update on the timescale for ICT to make the changes but as soon as I do I will share an update here on the general HUB news page.
Kindest regards
Donna / CS Team Leader
There has been a slight change made to the flexi sheets. In preparation for the move to M365n the share feature has been removed from the flexi sheets. Please note that only 1 person can be in the spreadsheet for updates at one time.
When logging your times plesae ensue you save your changes and close down the spreadsheet so other people can access it to make their changes.
