For your info, please find attached a letter that Springfield plan to send to all the tenants of new builds at Southview Drive/Cantly Court, Keith.
Please be advised that any calls that come in regarding booking/rescheduling an electrical inspection appointment should be directed to Louise McKnight at the DLO on ext 3077 for the rest of this week.
It is only for electrical inspections, any other electric related queries should be directed as normal. Anything relating to ASB still needs to be directed to the Community Safety team.
Please note 237 of the letters linked here will be sent to HOL applicants for their annual review.
There will be more over the coming days, the same letter.
The quarterly statements have been produced and passed to the Copyshop for printing and enveloping. Will probably go out in the post tomorrow.
Please be advised that letters have been issued to our garage tenants advising them of the new quarters rental were produced yesterday.
