Moray Management Methods
The Moray Management Methods (MMM) document is a handy directory/link to management guidance around 11 important themes. But MMM is also intended to be statements of knowledge, tasks and behaviours expected of Moray Council managers.
We have sourced and collated a blended suite of learning to support and promote these themes through tools, methods, theory and skills.
MMM Training Workshops - these are half days courses to explore the relevant theme in detail. Download the timetable here.
Service Led Training - these are the existing training sessions that are delivered by the service responsible.
Authoritative Resources - these are links to external sites that are of an authority in the subject matter
Bite Size Articles - these are externally sourced articles that are easily digestible which cover key principles or models
Video Resources - managers have now been given access to YouTube so that they can view the videos suggested. Contact Employee Development if you do not have permission levels.
E-learning - this highlights what modules are available to you
Further Learning - this will offer some learning that is available through alternative sources, such as Open Learn.
