Grant Cruickshank - HR Manager
Provides and manages a comprehensive human resources support and advisory service, including the development and implementation of local conditions of service, policies and good practice including the forward planning processes of the Council specifically in relation to staffing implications and to contribute to and lead consultations with staff and trade unions on employment related matter and relevant organisational change situations.
