Community Engagement Strategy

Moray Council is developing a new approach to how we engage with local people and communities, and how we improve the experience people have when using Council services. We want to understand what matters most to you, how you want to be involved in decisions, and how well our services meet your needs when you contact us or use them.
Your feedback will help shape both our Engagement Strategy and our Customer Experience Strategy. Together, these strategies will set out how we listen to people, how we act on what we hear, and how we improve the services residents, customers and communities rely on every day.
We have two confirmed pop-up events – one in Tesco Elgin on 11 July from 10-3, and Dufftown Highland Games on 25 July
