Menopause Café: Your ‘Empower Hour’ to Move, Strengthen & Thrive

Navigating menopause shouldn't be a solo journey. Join us at the Menopause Café for a series of sessions focused on light movement, practical strength, and open conversation.
Whether you’re looking for fitness tips, signposting to resources, or just a friendly ear, we’re here to help you move through this phase with confidence.
Save the Dates (All Sessions 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM):
- 25th March | Strength Training: A gentle session using chairs and bands to get the body moving. Feel free to bring your own hand weights! All fitness levels are welcome, and we’ll tailor every move to suit you.
- Location: Annexe Training Room 1
- 29th April | Walk & Talk: A refreshing stroll around Elgin. Grab a coffee and wear your comfy shoes! (If it rains, we’ll move inside for a "Coffee & Chat" instead).
- Meeting Point: Car Park Annexe Entrance
