Moray Growth Deal: April - June 2025 progress update
The latest Moray Growth Deal newsletter (April–June 2025) is now live, highlighting the continued momentum as more projects move into delivery and activity becomes increasingly visible across the region.
Cllr Marc Macrae, Moray Council’s Growth Deal Lead, shared some key milestones: "This quarter, we’ve seen the expansion of m.connect on-demand bus services, the start of construction on the Early Years STEM Hub in Elgin, and key steps forward for the Cultural Quarter and Housing Mix projects. The Business Enterprise Hub is now close to breaking ground, the Digital Health project is actively trialling new technology to improve care and wellbeing in our communities and construction is progressing well on the Manufacturing Innovation Centre in Forres.
“These milestones represent real progress in turning ambition into delivery, and reflect the strong collaboration across public, private and community partners working to build a stronger future for Moray.
“Thank you for your continued support as we bring the Growth Deal to life.”
