Learning at Work Week is an annual event held every May, highlighting the importance and benefits of learning and development in the workplace.
This year’s Learning at Work Week takes place from 12-18 May 2025, with the inspiring theme ‘Get Connected’. The theme highlights the social side of lifelong learning at work, encouraging individuals to connect with meaningful learning experiences. It explores how connection can drive motivation, help overcome barriers to learning, and build a culture where shared growth and development thrive.
During the week, employees across the UK are encouraged to reflect on the key themes:

The importance of our work communities for supporting, inspiring and driving engagement with lifelong learning.
How through connecting colleagues through learning across the organisation, we can build understanding, skills and knowledge as well as create collaborative cultures and relationships that further support a lifelong learning culture.
