Performance management and reporting isn’t always the most engaging of topics, but every year we’re required to pull together a Public Performance Report.
It’s an easier-to-understand, jargon removed performance round-up with imagery, examples of how we’re showcasing our progress, and sets out how we’re achieving our corporate plan priorities in an outcome-focussed way.
And it’s also an excellent way to reflect on what we’ve collectively achieved as a workforce, and the investment in our local communities.
The full report for 2022-23 has just been released and is available to read online.
