Employee Conference 2022
A date for your diary……The Employee Conference is confirmed for 10th November 2022 at Elgin Town Hall. Planning is well underway for this year’s employee conference, so keep a look out to see if you’re one of the lucky ones who will receive an invite!
This year’s conference is about ‘New Horizons – Building Back Better’ and will look forward to a brighter future and how every role plays a part in this.
The conference is also a chance to talk to the Corporate Management Team and Heads of Service about issues that are important to you, as well as meeting colleagues from across council services.
Don’t miss your chance to contribute to the ongoing challenges and changes we face if you receive an invitation. More information about the conference will be shared as arrangements are finalised and invitations will be sent out in the next few weeks.
If you don’t receive an invite but would like to come along, speak with your line manager in the first instance and then contact Organisational Development – we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests.
