Legal Services is split into two remits, Litigation & Licensing and Property and Contracts. Within these teams there is a degree of specialisation, so your first port of call is the Service Manager.

The Property and Contracts Team provide specialist advice to Council services on:
• Contracts,
• Conveyancing,
• Common Good,
• Flood Alleviation and Major Infrastructure Schemes
• Leasing, Planning, Procurement, Rights of Way,
• Statutory Powers and Orders.
