Payslips and iTrent
iTrent, our new HR and payroll system, launches this April. For the first time, you'll have direct control of personal information we hold on you on the HR/payroll system, through a fully secure and user-friendly website. You'll also be able to register to receive your payslips online, if you don't already.
Register your email address on iTrent and get 24/7 access to:
- view, download and print current and historical payslips (from April 2017 onwards)
- view and change personal contact details such as address, bank details and emergency contacts
- view job details, hours and reporting manager
- view absence
If you currently receive epayslips, we'll automatically register your email address on iTrent, so you don't have to.
NB: If you've previously opted for paper payslips, you'll continue to receive these, but they will look different to the ones you currently receive - you can view a sample of this in March's Connect mag (PDF).
Select the button below to access iTrent 24/7 (through Internet Explorer). Explore your new account and check your details are correct. Or, choose the other button to access historical payslips (before April 2017).
IMPORTANT: After you've logged into iTrent for the first time, you'll be asked to change your password. If you're using a shared/public computer, you should not store or save your password if prompted by your browser.
