Employee Survey 2025 Joint Statement
Moray Council and Trades Union Joint Statement
Moray Council and our Trades Union representatives are jointly committed to improving the workforce culture and understanding how our employees feel about working for Moray Council. This statement demonstrates our commitment to working together for everyone.
The Council recognises the valuable contribution that Trades Union colleagues make as collective representatives of their members and through engagement with management, ensuring wherever possible that employee voices are heard. To that end, we are working collaboratively to deliver our next Employee Survey.
‘Your Voice’ is a key tool used to gather feedback from the Council’s workforce asking questions across a range of themes to hear views about your experience of working for Moray Council. This helps us understand what areas to focus on for improvements to the working environment.
Together, we recognise the value of the employee survey in informing the Council of what is working well and where we need to make changes to support improving the workforce culture. As a collective, we urge our employees to take the opportunity to share their views.
The 2025 Employee Survey will be launched on 10 March and close on 4 April and we will be working with colleagues across the Council to ensure that our workforce is aware of the survey and have the chance to participate.
